serene moments

comfy bed excellent bathroom ample space

the room offered a very comfy bed. the hotel offered convenient access to the train station which simplified my travel arrangements

my request for a room change was not accommodated i found the size of the single room unsuitable the price seemed disproportionately high considering the limited space this was an unexpected inconvenience.

the breakfast choice was fantastic it offered a variety of options to satisfy different preferences albertz restaurant provided great food the service was even better particularly our waiter raffi hasso was attentive and humorous

miriam and pamela at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful they provided really good service with smiles and efficiency i appreciated their willingness to assist with any inquiries the staff made the stay better.

dirty balcony missing shower gel

The room was a bit of a letdown. The balcony was surprisingly dirty. It seems like birds had a party there before I arrived? There was old and new bird poop all over the outdoor furniture. shower gel was missing for the first few days, I had to wash with shampoo.

the king guest room provided ample space. breakfast included many choices, and the food tasted fresh. the hotel's proximity to the train station proved very convenient!
